Using BookmarksBrain
By using BookmarksBrain (bookmarksbrain.com and our Chrome Extension), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, stop using the service. These Terms are a legal agreement between you and BookmarksBrain.
You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. You're responsible for your account and all activity under it.
For account security: keep your password safe, don't share your account, and tell us immediately if something is wrong. We're not liable for unauthorized access due to your negligence.
What BookmarksBrain Is
BookmarksBrain helps you save and organize content from X (Twitter). You get:
- A web app to manage your bookmarks
- A Chrome Extension for one-click saving from X
- AI tag suggestions (Pro plan only)
- Export to CSV or JSON
- Folders and tags for organization
We can modify or discontinue features anytime. We'll notify you of major changes.

How Payments Work
Payments are processed by DodoPayments. We never see your full card details. By subscribing, you authorize DodoPayments to charge you monthly or yearly (your choice).
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period. All sales are final — no refunds, except where required by law. Contact us within 14 days if you think you're due a refund.
Price Changes
We'll email you 30 days before any price increase. Continuing your subscription means you accept the new price.
What You Can't Do
Using BookmarksBrain, you must not:
- Use it for anything illegal
- Save content that violates someone's copyright
- Store abusive, hateful, or harmful content
- Try to hack or break into the service
- Use bots or scrapers (except our official Extension)
- Reverse-engineer or copy our code
- Overload our servers or disrupt the service
- Share your account with others or create fake accounts
- Resell or commercialize BookmarksBrain without permission
We'll suspend or delete your account if you break these rules. No warning needed.
Your Content & Rights
You own everything you save. We just store it and process it to run the service. Content from X (Twitter) stays under X's copyright — you're responsible for using it legally.
BookmarksBrain, our logo, software, and designs are ours. You can't copy or modify them without permission.
Our Service & Limits
BookmarksBrain is provided as-is, as-available. We try our best, but:
- The service has no warranties (implied or stated)
- We don't guarantee 100% uptime
- We're not liable for lost data (use our export feature to back up)
- We're not liable for indirect or special damages
- Our total liability is the amount you paid in the last 12 months (or $0 for Free plans)
Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death, personal injury from negligence, or what the law won't allow us to limit.
Third-Party Services
We use:
- X (Twitter): For saving posts. We're not affiliated with X.
- OpenAI: For AI tag suggestions (Pro plan). See their terms.
- DodoPayments: For payments
- Supabase: For data storage
- Google: If you sign in via Google
These services have their own privacy policies and terms. We're not responsible for them.
Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Indian law.
Before suing: Try to resolve disputes by emailing us at bookmarksbrain@gmail.com with "Dispute" in the subject. Give us 30 days to respond.
Legal action: Any lawsuits must be filed in courts in India. You agree to resolve disputes there and following Indian law.
Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll email you about major changes. Your continued use means you accept the new Terms. If you don't agree, delete your account before the update takes effect.
